CD COMMENT:
Initially I wanted to use The Ramones, Lindsay Buckingham and Mavis Staples songs. So, I knew I had another Rock theme CD ahead of me. However, I felt we used our best material on the 2003 Rock Christmas CD. I started hunting for more songs and came across Queen, Slade and Elton John and knew that this was going to work. Most of the songs are not as Rockish as 2003, but we were happy with the overall arrangement of the CD.

ART WORK COMMENT:
The artwork is getting easier and easier every year. However, This year the back cover does not have a Christmas feel. Once we settled on the image, we knew the font had to be something that reflects the look of that image. So, the end result is something a little different than our usual look.

SONG COMMENT:
"This year I downloaded dozens of Christmas CDs in order to find new songs. I already had a few songs in mind, but I needed to find additional material that would fit the theme. We were pleased to see how the songs arranged nicely. I added ""The Snow Song"" to the mix right before I burnt the first copy of the CD. That song brings us back to the time when Drake was watching Thomas The Tank Engine and it's a reminder of how important that time is to us."

MATLERIALS COMMENT:
Everything went smooth this year. We used Memorex & Epsom photo paper, TDK CDs and the black tray liners. We also printed on Memorex CD labels and Avery address labels.

DRAKE INTRO:
Drake says, 'I really don't want to be doing this this year I'm getting too old, but my dad is making me do it. So here it goes. Merry Christmas.'.

DRAKE OUTRO:
Drake says, 'Oh, and a Happy New Year too.'. Later in the track he plays 'Jingle Bells' on violin. Later he says, 'Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Kiss His Ass. Kiss My Ass. Kiss Your Ass. Happy Hanukkah.' (a variation of some dialog from the movie National Lampoons Christmas Vacation).
